06:50 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Berenberg raised its earnings estimates for Schneider Electric (SU.PA) as analysts took note of the company's better-than-expected organic sales growth in the third quarter and its updated outlook for full-year 2026. In a Tuesday note, analysts said the French energy management and automation group's 16.9% organic revenue growth for the three-month period surpassed consensus by 300 basis points following triple-digit growth at its data center end-market, particularly in North America and China. Subsequently, Schneider Electric now expects organic revenue growth of 12% to 14% for 2026, against the prior 10% to 13% forecast. Against this backdrop, the research firm made "minor adjustments" to its model for the company, forecasting 2026 organic growth and EBITA margin of 14.1% and 19.9%, respectively. Sales, EBITDA and adjusted EPS projections for 2026 to 2028 were also raised. "We believe underlying growth drivers remain supportive despite the recent sell-off due to scepticism over the announced PTC acquisition and broader AI sector concerns. While there are still outstanding questions on the size of the proposed revenue synergies from PTC and rationale for the increased software gearing, the [Energy Management] business remains the key driver of growth where we view the outlook as positive," analysts said. The stock's buy rating and price target of 340 euros were unchanged.
