GameStop Reminds Warrant Holders of Expiration Date

According to a company press release published Monday, GameStop reminded holders that its warrants to purchase shares of Class A common stock will expire at 5 p.m. ET on Oct. 30, 2026.

Each warrant can be exercised for one share of common stock at an exercise price of $32 in cash. Warrants not exercised by the deadline will expire worthless, the company said.

The warrants will cease trading under the symbol "GME WS" on the New York Stock Exchange before the market opens on Oct. 30. GameStop said holders should contact their brokers sufficiently in advance to confirm exercise instructions and deadlines, as brokers may impose earlier deadlines.

GameStop Corp. (NYSE:GME) common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE under the symbol "GME."
