Ondine Biomedical Targets GBP10 Million from Share Sale

The London-listed life sciences company said Monday it will sell new shares through a placement and subscription. The final terms will be determined after an accelerated bookbuild process, with the results expected to be disclosed on Tuesday. Net proceeds from the share sale will support the commercial expansion and business development of the company, its regulatory activities in the US, production and operations, and general and administrative expenditures.
