09:34 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BofA Global Research lifted its price objective for Schneider Electric (SU.PA) after the company delivered a "strong" organic increase in revenue in the third quarter, bolstered by double-digit growth in its Energy Management segment. The French energy management and automation group's revenue reached 11.46 billion euros in the three months ended Sept. 30, up 16.9% organically and 310 basis points ahead of company consensus, the research firm said Monday. "Datacenter demand again grew triple-digit, with continued capacity investments supporting backlog conversion into 2027-28. This reinforces our view that EM growth will remain stronger than cons assumes, with China providing further upside. Pricing increases are supporting margins, and this is going to continue into FY27. FY26 guidance was raised again, with org growth now 12-14%, and adj. EBITA margin at 19.7-19.9%," BofA said. Analysts also noted a positive view on industrial software despite investor concerns related to Schneider's planned acquisition of US-based software company PTC, seeing the transaction as an opportunity for further growth. Taking these into account, BofA raised the price objective to 367 euros from 362 euros, while reaffirming the stock's buy rating. Financial forecasts for 2026 through 2028 were also updated, including higher adjusted EPS and sales projections over the three-year period.
