04:37 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Shares in Dubai Investments (DFM:DIC) rose on Monday after the multi-asset investor unveiled plans for an initial public offering of DIP Holding in what would be the first market listing in the United Arab Emirates this year. Dubai Investments will offer 1,735,243,300 existing shares, or a 20% stake in DIP Holding, which owns and operates Dubai Investments Park, a 23 million-square-meter mixed-use community in Dubai. The area serves 1,000 tenants across logistics, industrial, residential, and commercial sectors, with ground lease occupancy of 99.9% as of the end of June. Dubai Investments' shares were up more than 2% during midday trading. Retail investors in Dubai Investments will also be able to participate in the offering, the company said in a release. The subscription period will run from Oct. 27 through Nov. 3, with listing on the Dubai Financial Market expected on Nov. 11, subject to regulatory approvals and market conditions. Dubai Investments will use the proceeds from the offering to expand its businesses and for general corporate purposes. DIP Holding generated revenue of 960 million Emirati dirhams in 2025 and 492 million dirhams in the first half of 2026. It expects to pay annualized dividends of 700 million dirhams, 725 million dirhams and 750 million dirhams for 2026, 2027 and 2028, respectively. The first post-IPO dividend would be 350 million dirhams, payable in April 2027 for the second half of 2026.
