Avarda Bank to Issue SEK200 Million Additional Tier 1 Bonds

04:01 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Avarda Bank (AVARDA.ST) intends to issue additional tier 1 bonds with an expected amount of 200 million kronor, subject to market conditions, according to a Monday release. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing outstanding 100 million kronor of additional tier 1 bonds, which the Swedish digital bank plans to redeem early after settlement of the new bonds. Nordea Bank will act as the sole bookrunner for the potential offering.
