Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) has held steady above the key support level of $80,000, even as US bond yields and ETF inflows decline. It traded at $81,100 on Sunday, as Michael Saylor hinted that his company, Strategy, continued its buying spree last week.

ETF Demand Cools as Strategy Continues Buying

Bitcoin has held steady above the key support level of $80,000, even as ETF demand has waned. SoSoValue data shows that spot Bitcoin ETFs had more than $228 million in outflows last week, following $681 million in outflows the week before.

In total, these funds have shed $617 million this month, a sharp reversal after adding $2.65 billion in September and $3.52 billion in August. The outflows are happening as American retail and institutional investors start booking profits after it jumped to $87,200.

On the positive side, data shows that US bonds have stabilized in the past few days. The ten-year yield has dropped from this month’s high of 5.36% to 5.08% today. Similarly, the two-year yield has fallen from 4.95% to 4.715%. Bitcoin does well whenever yields are falling.

Michael Saylor has also hinted that Strategy (NASDAQ:MSTR) continued buying Bitcoin last week. In an X post, he said that the company had found room for more oranges. In most cases, that is usually a hint that the company continued its buying spree.

The company bought 250 coins in the previous week, bringing its total holdings to 848,250. Its coins are now worth over $68.7 billion.

Bitcoin Price Technicals Suggest a Rebound is Possible

Technically, Bitcoin has formed several bullish patterns, suggesting that a rebound is possible. The most notable is a falling wedge, which consists of two descending, converging trendlines. This pattern normally leads to a strong bullish breakout.

The coin has remained above the 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA), a sign that the upward trend remains intact. Similarly, the Supertrend indicator has remained green.

Therefore, these patterns suggest that the coin will bounce back, potentially to the key resistance level of $87,254, its highest point in September. A drop below the support level of $80,000 will invalidate the bullish outlook.
