The pulp and paper company said Thursday that discussions are at an early stage and there is no certainty that any sale will materialize. The talks on the potential sale are being held in parallel with the process to spin off the business, which is expected to be carried out through a listing on the London bourse and a level 2 American Depositary Receipt program on the New York Stock Exchange.
