Dogecoin (CRYPTO: DOGE) is testing critical support near $0.08 as analysts identify bullish technical signals.

Why DOGE Could Rebound

Prominent crypto chart analyst Ali Martinez highlighted Dogecoin’s return to the $0.08 support level, where the daily TD Sequential indicator has flashed a buy signal.

If buyers defend this level, Martinez expects a potential rebound toward $0.087, followed by resistance near $0.094.

The indicator suggests selling pressure may be weakening, although a sustained recovery depends on DOGE holding its current support.

Beyond technical signals, Dogecoin is also seeing efforts to expand its new utility through the launch of the DogeOS public testnet. This gives developers an EVM-compatible environment to build finance, gaming and consumer applications around the meme coin.

Can Dogecoin Rally To $2?

Crypto analyst Crypto Patel identified a multi-year accumulation zone, noting that Dogecoin is retesting the area after breaking above a long-term descending trendline.

He identified $0.1186 as the next major bullish breakout level, with upside targets of $0.2818, $0.7559 and eventually $2.

However, reaching these targets would require Dogecoin to reclaim key resistance levels and sustain bullish momentum.

Separately, Trader Tardigrade highlighted an inverse head-and-shoulders pattern forming on Dogecoin’s monthly chart, resembling the setup that preceded its 2021 rally.

The analyst identified $0.10 as the current neckline, suggesting a monthly close above this level could confirm a bullish breakout.
