Galderma to Buy US-based Zo Skin Health in $1.5 Billion Deal

01:29 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Galderma Group (GALD.SW) agreed to purchase Zo Skin Health, a US-based skincare products company, for an enterprise value of $1.5 billion, according to a Wednesday release. The dermatology company will acquire the business from its shareholders, Blackstone Tactical Opportunities-managed funds and the Obagi family. Closing of the deal is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026 or at the start of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. Galderma will finance the deal through a mix of existing cash resources and bank financing and expects it to be neutral to its core EPS in the first full year following closing.
