Digitalist Group Enters Share Exchange, Reverse Listing Talks

11:23 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Digitalist Group (DIGIGR.HE) is in discussions with the owners of a Finnish company engaged in project-based business operations for a potential share exchange transaction and a reverse listing on Nasdaq Helsinki. The design, technology, and strategy company said Tuesday the transaction values its entire share capital at between 3.5 million euros and 4 million euros, on a fully diluted basis. Digitalist added that negotiations are ongoing and there is no assurance that a binding agreement will be reached.
