Cognition Therapeutics Receives U.S. Patent Covering A Polymorph Version Of Its Lead Drug Candidate Zervimesine

The patent has a natural expiration of 2045. Upon zervimesine’s approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the patent may be eligible for an extension of up to five additional years.
