Keras Resources Changes Name to Okopa

10:23 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Keras Resources (KRS.L) will officially rebrand as Okopa on Tuesday, following shareholder approval and the registration of the name change with the UK Companies House on Monday. The mineral resource company's ticker on the London bourse's AIM segment will also change to OKP from KRS, according to a Monday filing. The company noted that the name change does not affect existing shareholdings and no new share certificates will be issued, as current certificates remain valid.
