China Xincheng (01278)'s total fixed income project portfolio as of the end of September was approximately RMB 3,073 billion

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Xincheng (01278) issued an announcement. As of September 30, 2026, after deducting impairment preparations for risk projects, the Group's total fixed income project portfolio was approximately RMB 3,073 billion. Excluding risky projects, other projects obtained an annualized guaranteed investment return of about RMB 223 million before tax according to the contract, and the corresponding average annualized return on investment before tax was about 7.3%.

Compared with the investment portfolio of June 30, 2026, the Group mainly (i) invested in the Taixing Economic Development Fixed Income Project and the Changzhou Xinbei New Central Industry Integration Project; and (ii) withdrew from the fixed income project of the Wuxi Huishan IDTI Dental Innovation Medical Device Center, the fixed income project of Yancheng Water Purification Group, and the second phase of the fixed income project in Lucheng District, Wenzhou. The total principal amount recovered was RMB 580 million and related guaranteed investment income.
