Murray served the claim without quantifying the amount of the damages or mentioning the particulars of claim, Big Technologies said in a Monday filing. In September 2025, the company expanded its case against Murray and associated parties, citing new evidence of forgery and falsification of documents. The allegations included that Murray failed to disclose interests in disputed companies, gave false information to the company and the court, and diverted more than 19 million pounds sterling from the business.
