Harena Rare Earths Seeks Environmental Permit for Ampasindava Project in Madagascar

04:02 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Harena Rare Earths (HREE.L) is working to secure an environmental permit for the pilot phase of its Ampasindava ionic clay rare earth project in Madagascar. The rare earths exploration and development company said Monday it is also finalizing environmental and social management plans, both of which are required before it can start infrastructure construction. The update follows the formalization of the project's exploitation permit by the Government of Madagascar.
