Hofseth BioCare Gets Norwegian Regulator's Nod for Second Tranche of Private Placement

01:29 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hofseth BioCare (HBC.OL) said that the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, or Finanstilsynet, approved the listing prospectus for the second tranche of its private placement. The 32,819,999 shares under the second tranche were initially delivered on a non-tradable ISIN pending the approval and publication of the listing prospectus, the Norwegian specialty ingredients company said in an Oct. 9 filing. The private placement comprised a total of 111,154,608 shares at 1.30 Norwegian kroner apiece, generating gross proceeds of 144.5 million kroner for the company.
