Ferrari Chairman John Elcan is not convinced by concerns about a potential artificial intelligence bubble, but he warned that a mismatch between AI supply and demand could pose a risk to the market. The billionaire businessman, Meta Platforms' board member, and Ercan, who invests in tech companies through his family holding company Exor, said he is optimistic about AI construction over the next ten years. Ercan is also the chairman of the multinational automobile group Stellantis NV. He said that demand for energy and computing power to support AI technology is still very high. “What's uncertain is what kind of revenue generation mechanism and business model this technology will generate,” he said. “This is where mismatches can occur.”
