InvestAcc Group Unveils Results of Secondary Share Placing

04:29 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- InvestAcc Group (INAC.L) shareholder Nick Gardner sold his shares in the company through a secondary placing for 10.5 million pounds sterling, according to a Friday release. Gardner sold 6,150,911 ordinary shares in the British specialist pension administrator, or 12.5% of its issued capital, for 1.70 pound each to new and existing institutional investors. Following the placing, Gardner ceased to be a shareholder of the company.
