The company's shareholders transferred 1,322 billion shares to CMB International Securities and 1,467 billion shares from Huifu Financial Services.

Source & Energy Global announced that on August 27, 2026, the company, the subscriber (Arena Investors, L.P. (for and on its behalf)) and the chargeholder (Dongyuan Holdings Limited) entered into a subscription agreement, according to which the company conditionally agreed to issue to the subscriber and the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe for convertible bonds with an initial principal amount of US$10 million. If the subscriber chooses to pay all or part of the structure fee by issuing additional convertible bonds, the initial principal amount can be increased by up to US$800,000.
