Bioretec to Start Change Negotiations; Up to 13 Employees Affected

11:10 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bioretec (BRETEC.HE) will launch change negotiations that could lead to job cuts or changed terms and conditions for up to 13 of its 32 employees in Finland, according to a Thursday release. The Finnish medical device manufacturer said the talks are part of an organizational and operating model transformation to improve performance, efficiency, and long-term growth prospects, among other objectives. Bioretec expects the restructuring to yield 300,000 euros in annual cost savings.
