The upgrade is driven by further savings as the British telecommunications group's network is completed and rationalized, as well as by the benefits of its full ownership of the unit, which it part-owned until July, according to a Thursday release. Vodafone, which set out its strategy and growth ambitions for the UK, also sees significant potential for additional revenue synergies.
