Safestay Wraps Up Sale of Leasehold Interest in London Hostel

03:59 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Safestay (SSTY.L) concluded the sale of its leasehold interest in the Safestay London Kensington Holland Park hostel to real estate services company Acerhawk for 3 million pounds sterling in cash. The UK-based hostel owner and operator will use the net proceeds to repay debt, bolster its balance sheet, and for working capital purposes, according to a Thursday release. Safestay added that the hostel will no longer operate under the Safestay brand.
