02:02 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Innoscripta (1INN.F) commissioned two separate external firms to conduct independent forensic and software audits after German tax authorities searched two of its premises on Oct. 1, according to a Wednesday release. Supported by a forensic service provider, Willkie Farr & Gallagher is conducting a phased investigation for the German software developer's supervisory board to clarify facts related to the authorities' investigation, including relevant internal processes, communications and management responsibilities. Separately, Flick Gocke Schaumburg is reviewing Clusterix's control architecture to verify the platform's processes and documentation standards for research tax credits. Innoscripta said German authorities searched its premises in Tutzing and Munich following court orders regarding alleged assistance in securing unlawful research tax advantage for certain clients. The company noted that a key former employee tied to the matter has not worked at Innoscripta for several years. The company said it will "report transparently on significant findings" from the investigation, while confirming that third-quarter results will be released on schedule in the second half of November as the probe does not cover the current fiscal year.
