07:41 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- UBS Global Research forecasts Ferrari (RACE.MI) will see double-digit organic sales growth in 2027 amid expectations that the company can sustain its strong momentum despite a "more challenging" market environment for the wider luxury sector. The research firm expects the Italian luxury carmaker to deliver a 10% year-over-year organic increase in sales in 2027, while EBITDA margin is projected to grow further to 39.5%, according to a Monday note. For the third quarter of 2026, the group is anticipated to report an 8% organic growth in sales when it releases its latest quarterly results this November. "While the stock's valuation premium has reached close to all-time high levels versus luxury peers, we believe investors are increasingly focused on Ferrari's absolute valuation rather than relative multiples, particularly given that luxury sector valuations remain near cyclical lows," analysts said. "We expect investors to focus on five key areas: (1) order book trends, particularly for Amalfi, given concerns around demand; (2) the balance of new and existing customers within Luce orders; (3) F80 delivery timing and any implications for full-year guidance; (4) the durability of personalization growth; and (5) recent strength in residual values and the underlying drivers supporting the secondary market." The stock's buy rating was reaffirmed, while the price target was lowered to $450 from $490, mainly due to a sharp valuation de-rating of the luxury sector.
