06:15 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaValue/Baader Europe highlighted Legrand's (LR.PA) upgraded full-year 2030 targets, noting growing data center demand underpins the Paris-listed electrical and digital building infrastructure group's "resilient" profitability. "In our view, the majority of this upgrade is tied to the operating leverage arising out of the Data-centre-led North American market, where margins have already picked up in the first half of this year. Taken together, we have raised our margin forecasts for 2026E, 2027E, and 2028E by 20bps, 60bps and 70bps respectively. Moreover, we have also reset the sales and EBITDA growth rates in our long-term model and the reference multiples for our NAV calculations, resulting in approximately 12% and 13% increases respectively in our DCF and NAV per share. Lastly, we have reset the peer group valuation to better reflect the group business model and end-market exposures, accounting for the rest of the upgrade to our target price," analysts said Monday. For 2027 through 2030, Legrand raised its organic growth target to 6% to 8% compound annual growth rate from the previous 3% to 5% goal and boosted its inorganic growth outlook to 5% of sales growth from acquisitions, compared with the earlier 3% to 5% targeted range. The company also lifted its adjusted operating margin guidance to 21% to 22%, against the earlier 20% aim. Against this backdrop, the research firm upgraded Legrand's rating to add from reduce, with a price target of 173 euros.
