Stendörren Fastigheter Signs Seven-year Lease Deal in Sweden

02:40 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Stendörren Fastigheter (STEF-B.ST) signed a lease contract with Northlab Photonics for a property in Stockholm, Sweden, the Swedish property company said Tuesday. The seven-year agreement covers 1,500 square meters of office premises in the Sicklaön 107:3 property. The tenant, which has leased space in the property since 2015, will move to a larger space in the same property, adding about 1,000 square meters of leased area. The new lease starts on Feb. 1, 2027. The Swedish property company expects the lease to result in a net operating income of 2.5 million kronor annually.
