Loomis Wraps Up Purchase of Security Logistics Services Provider in Peru

11:44 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Loomis (LOOMIS.ST) closed the $297 million acquisition of security logistics services provider Hermes Transportes Blindados in Peru. The listed payment services company completed the purchase on Monday, according to a same-day release. The newly acquired business will be reported as part of the group from October. Completion followed the closing on Sept. 30 of Loomis' tender offer for Hermes Transportes shares, receiving acceptances from holders of 87,072,827 shares, or 99.80% of the target's total outstanding shares.
