Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 9,812-square-foot lease for Wavestone at 511 Fifth Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. The global consulting firm will relocate from 130 W. 42nd St. to the building’s 13th floor.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Nick Masi represented Wavestone. Newmark’s Scott Klau and Natalie Serio represented building ownership, Aurora Capital, Wharton Properties and ACHS Management.

“511 Fifth Avenue offered Wavestone a high-quality, modern workplace in a premier Midtown location that aligns well with the firm’s needs and its continued growth,” said Masi. “The building’s recent repositioning, strong amenity offering and accessibility made it an attractive option, and we’re pleased to have secured a space that will support Wavestone’s team in New York for many years to come.”

Founded in France, Wavestone is an international consulting firm focused on strategic business and technology transformations. The firm has more than 6,000 employees and operates across 17 countries on four continents.
