Carlsberg to Acquire PepsiCo Bottlers in Georgia, Armenia

05:41 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Carlsberg (CARL-A.CO, CARL-B.CO) signed agreements to acquire PepsiCo's (PEP.F) bottlers in Georgia and Armenia from their owner Revery, according to a Monday release. The Danish brewer said the acquisition of Iberia Refreshments and JI Pepsi Cola Bottler Armenia will expand its strategic partnership with PepsiCo. Once the deals are completed, Carlsberg said it will have bottling agreements with the food and beverage company in 17 markets.
