The Smarter Web Raises GBP2 Million via Share Subscription

(SWC.L) raised gross proceeds of 2.2 million pounds sterling through the sale of 2,883,000 ordinary shares under a subscription agreement, according to a Monday release. The British web design, development and online marketing services company will receive 98.25% of the sale proceeds and plans to use part of it to reduce the outstanding amount of its credit facility with Coinbase to 17 million pounds from 19 million pounds. The company noted that 38,330,788 ordinary shares are left to be sold under the agreement announced in December 2025.
