Sabien Technology Group Ends Talks with Haydale, SaveMoneyCutCarbon on M2G Platform Distribution

03:22 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sabien Technology Group (SNT.L) terminated its discussions with Haydale (HAYD.L) and Intelligent Resource Management, trading as SaveMoneyCutCarbon, on the commercial distribution of its M2G technology platform in the UK. The British emissions-reduction technology company said Monday that its board had reduced its confidence that it could reach a mutually beneficial deal within an acceptable timeframe. It said the company will focus on pursuing M2G's commercial strategy independently. Sabien also suspended its strategic review of its interests in b.grn Group and City Oil Field, citing encouraging commercial engagement for COF's Regenerated Green Oil technology in Canada and the US.
