Volare Shipping Debuts on Oslo Bourse

01:52 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oil tanker owner and operator Volare Shipping commenced trading on the Euronext Growth Oslo exchange on Monday, according to a same-day release. The listing follows a private placement of 30,698,864 new shares at 154 Norwegian kroner per share, raising gross proceeds of $500 million. Volare Shipping's issued and paid-up share capital is $691.2 million, comprising 70,319,479 shares. Clarksons Securities and Fearnley Securities acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners for the private placement.
