Mr. Jiang Huihui has been transferred from an independent non-executive director to an executive director with effect from October 2, 2026. The purpose of this transfer is for Mr. Jiang to invest his experience and expertise in the management and development of the Group's business. Since the effective date of Mr. Jiang's transfer, Mr. Jiang has ceased to serve as the chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Company's Audit Committee and the Company Nomination Committee.

Mr. Zhang Shengbin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, with effect from October 2, 2026.
