Amoéba Launches EUR10 Million Capital Raise Via Share Issue

05:22 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amoéba (ALMIB.PA) plans to raise up to 10 million euros through the issue of shares with share subscription warrants from Oct. 8 until Oct. 23. The industrial greentech company said Friday that it will allocate one subscription right for each share held on Oct. 5, 2026. Every three subscription rights will entitle the holder to subscribe for one new share at 0.30 euro apiece during the offer period. Each new share will also come with one free subscription warrant, with every two warrants allowing the holder to subscribe for one new share at 0.60 euro apiece until Dec. 31, 2028. Proceeds will be used to cover funding requirements in the next 12 months, including financing the biocontrol business' commercial launch and supporting the monetization of Amoéba's Willa cosmetics platform.
