ForFarmers Finalizes New Polish Joint Venture with KPS Food Group

05:08 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ForFarmers (FFARM.AS) completed its new joint venture, ForFarmers Polska, with Polish poultry producer KPS Food Group, meeting all conditions of the deal. The Dutch agricultural company owns a 50.5% stake in the venture, which will combine the operations of its Polish subsidiary Tasomix with KPS, according to a Friday release. Tasomix and KPS' founders will retain minority stakes. A second, smaller joint venture for targeted sales activities and contracts is slated to close in the coming months.
