According to Zhitong Finance App, Cantelon (01912) issued an announcement. On the date of this announcement, a total of 109 million shares (accounting for about 23.66% of the company's total issued share capital on the date of this announcement) were held by the public. As a result, the company's public shareholding remains below the 25% minimum public shareholding requirement set out in section 13.32B of the Listing Rules.

Since the date of the announcement, the offender has not sold any shares, but has been actively monitoring the trading model and market price of the shares to determine an appropriate sales strategy. The offeror will continue to take the actions disclosed in the Exemption Notice to restore the company's public shareholding, that is, to seek sale of shares through the open market and to place shares through placement agents if necessary. Currently, the company is expected to resume its public shareholding volume and re-comply with section 13.32B of the listing rules by November 6, 2026.
