Evercore ISI maintained Accenture's “outperforming the market” rating and raised the target price to $250, mainly based on improved profit expectations and AI business growth. Accenture's August quarterly revenue was US$18.7 billion, up 7% year over year at a fixed exchange rate, above the upper limit of the company's guidelines; adjusted earnings per share were $3.29, up 9% year over year. New orders for the quarter were $22.2 billion, up 5% year over year, with managed services orders reaching a record $12.8 billion. Evercore is particularly optimistic about the progress of the company's AI business. In fiscal year 2026, Accenture's order volume from emerging AI and data partners more than tripled, related revenue more than doubled, and more than 400 customers launched advanced AI projects for the first time. The company expects revenue growth of 3% to 6% in the 2027 fiscal year at a fixed exchange rate, earnings per share of $14.39 to $14.81, and an increase in operating margin of 10 to 30 basis points.
