According to the news, Evergrande Property issued an announcement on Wednesday, stating that it was informed by the liquidator that the liquidator had received proposals submitted by several potential buyers regarding the potential transaction. China Evergrande and CEG Holdings (collectively known as potential sellers) have signed an exclusive agreement with a selected bidder (potential buyer). According to the agreement, the potential seller and potential buyer have agreed to conduct exclusive negotiations on the potential deal until October 27.

Currently, discussions between the potential seller and the potential buyer are still ongoing, and the two parties are negotiating the terms of a formal sales agreement for the potential transaction.
