Indonesia's Ministry of Trade issued a statement on Thursday evening saying that the government raised the reference price of crude palm oil from $1007.51 per ton in September to $1042.15 per ton in October. The government set the export tax on crude palm oil at $178 per ton in October. Exporters are also required to pay an additional tax of 12.5% of the reference price.
