MIRXES-B (02629): Pan Jiaying has been appointed as company secretary

Zhitong Finance App News, MIRXES-B (02629) announced that the Group continues to promote its commercialization and product development plans, and has made progress in a number of its diagnostic products and solutions.

Since September 30, 2026, Ms. Siu Yueqiu (Ms. Siu) has resigned due to changes in the working arrangements of the Company's company secretarial service provider Zhuojia (i) the Company's Joint Company Secretary (Joint Company Secretary); (ii) the Company's authorized representative (authorized representative) under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and (iii) the representative (legal proceeding agent) of the Company receiving legal proceedings documents and notices in Hong Kong in accordance with section 19.05 (2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws. On the same day, Ms. Ouyang Weizhi (Ms. Ouyang) resigned as Joint Company Secretary to spend more time dealing with her other responsibilities within the Group.

Ms. Pan Jiaying (Ms. Pan) has been appointed as our company secretary (company secretary), authorized representative and agent in legal proceedings with effect from September 30, 2026.
