Amwaj International Continues Review of Delayed H1 Results

(SASE:9537) is continuing the review of its results for the six months ended June 30 following the appointment of Dr. Mohammed Al-Amri & Co. as its external auditor. The review was launched after shareholders approved the auditor's appointment on Sept. 20. The electronic and electrical appliances wholesaler said Wednesday it is working to complete the required procedures before the results are submitted to its audit committee and board for approval. Amwaj said the delay was due to the extended process of completing and approving its 2025 annual statements, which in turn delayed the appointment of an auditor for the first half of 2026.
