At the conference, the “Blue Book on Artificial Intelligence Enterprise Compliance”, led by the Xuhui District Bureau of Justice, was officially released. Although many artificial intelligence companies have plenty of momentum for innovation, they still face practical problems in grasping the boundaries of compliance and application of obligations. This has also become a common pain point for the steady operation of enterprises and the long-term development of the industry. The Blue Book breaks through traditional departmental law, focuses on full-life cycle risk scenarios such as corpus collection, data control, product launch, intellectual property rights, and cross-border overseas travel according to the development needs of enterprises, sorts out compliance obligations, interprets regulatory scales, etc., and provides ready-to-use practical tools such as compliance self-test forms, inspection lists, and contract models to provide enterprises with a compliance guide they can understand and use.
