On September 29, 2026, the company issued 7.593 million shares to participants (non-directors) to exercise their granted options or restricted shares under the 2014 post-listing equity incentive plan; issue 1,551,300 shares to participants (non-directors) to exercise their granted options or belong to their restricted shares under the 2024 equity incentive plan; and issued 320,000 shares to directors under the 2014 post-listing equity incentive plan.
