The investment is made in the form of ownership of the land and factory buildings with office space, totaling 3 buildings, located at the Green Park 1 Project, Tha Sa-An Sub-district, Bang Pakong District, Chachoengsao Province, consisting of: 1.1 Ownership of the land and factory buildings with office space, totaling 3 buildings, with the land area of approximately 57-1-25.2 rai, and the total building area of approximately 60,611.70 square meters; and 1.2 Ownership of other assets relevant, related to, or essential for the use of the land and factory buildings in the Green Park 1 Project. 2. The investment date for the first additional investment assets is 29 September 2026. 3. The investment value for the first additional investment assets is Baht 1,386,000,000 (excluding taxes, fees and other related expenses which shall be borne by the Seller) Please be informed accordingly.
