The company and the sponsor agency Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Underwriting and Sponsorship Co., Ltd. signed “Tripartite Supervision Agreements” with China Construction Bank Huizhou Branch, Bank of Communications Zhuhai Branch, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Huizhou Branch respectively. The funds raised will be used for the Thai PCB intelligent production base project, the Huizhou Zhongjing production line technical improvement and upgrade project, and supplementary working capital.
