The total guarantee amount is 341 million yuan, all of which are joint and several liability guarantees, and they are all within the estimated guarantee amount in the early period. After this guarantee, the external guarantee balance of the company and its subsidiaries was 6.342 billion yuan, accounting for 132.98% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
