Goli Pharmaceutical-B announced that ASC50, an oral small molecule IL-17A inhibitor independently developed by the company, achieved positive results in a 28-day proof-of-concept clinical study conducted in patients with mild to moderate plaque psoriasis in the US. After 200 mg of treatment once a day, the placebo-corrected PASI score decreased by 48.9% and increased to 65.9% on the 15th day after the last dose; the steady-state elimination half-life was 6.5 days, which is expected to support oral administration once a week. The treatment is safe and well tolerated.
