Yuansu Technology (08637) plans to place no less than 18 million shares of the company's new shares to raise no less than 10.4 million yuan

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Yuansu Technology (08637) issued an announcement. The proposed company has issued common shares to be listed on the Kelly Board of the Singapore Exchange. To facilitate the proposed listing, the company proposes to sell no less than 18 million shares of the new company at an indicative reference price (equivalent to about HK$3.53 per share at the exchange rate of HK$100 to POP 16.31) to no less than 200 undertakers (each undertaker). The placement is expected to raise no less than 10.4 million yuan in new capital with the total proceeds raised by the company.
