Management Discussion and Analysis Company name : THAI NAKARIN HOSPITAL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED Year : 2026 Quarter : Yearly Ending : 31-Jul-2026 Note : According to the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting of Thainakarin Hospital Public Company Limited (the "Company") No. 4/2026 held on 28th September 2026, has approved the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31st July 2026 where the Company has the comprehensive income for the year 2026 decreased by 58.05 million baht from the previous year, equivalent to 14.91%, with the following details: 1. Profit from hospital operations for the year 2026 decreased by 74 million baht from the previous year, equivalent to 20.90%, which is resulted from: 1.1 A decrease in Revenues from hospital operations by 43.64 million baht, caused by a reduction in inpatient revenue by 6.00% from the year 2025. 1.2 The ratio of cost to revenue of hospital operations for the year 2026 increased by 1.97% from the previous year, which is 76.02% for 2026, while it was 74.05% for 2025. 1.3 A loss from the operating results of a subsidiary in its first year of operation amounting to 24.50 million baht. 2. Gain on remeasurement of defined employee benefit plans, net of income tax effects, increased from the previous year due to changes in financial assumptions regarding the discount rate, salary increase rate, and employee turnover rate, amounting to 20.37 million baht, whereas there was a loss of 5.4 million baht in the year 2025.
